About the Role

Candidates for the CSO position at the company should have a Master's degree and at least 10 years of nonprofit management experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked within education systems. The role requires a proven track record in scaling organizations, serving on an Executive Management Team, and managing a diverse, high-performing team.
