AFood Runner at WATRworks effectively as part of the service team of the Restaurant/Bar.The Food Runneris primarily responsible, but not limited to,the proper delivery of food from the kitchen to the guest andassistingwith overall service to the guest.

GENERAL DUTIES:

Maintains a working knowledge of full food and drink menu while making recommendations Followhigh standardsof food product, sanitation, storage, and handling procedures Keeps all service areas clean, organized, and stocked Follow server’s food orders in placing correct item in front of correct guest Assis servers in any tableside presentation Follow service pace in delivering food from kitchen to guest’s table and ensure food quality and presentation Willingness toassistbusser or fellow servers in clearing and resetting tables when needed Provide engaged, friendly and attentive customer service to all guests inclusive of eye contact respectable conversation and smiling Practice highest regards for safety within all areas and with all materials Follow and adhere to all standards set forth byfederal and state guidelines Perform other related activities as assigned by management Guarantee neat and quality service Participate in daily shift meetings Adhere to strict uniform & grooming standards

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Are organized and proficient at multitasking Are a reliable team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations Strong communicationand customer service skills Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
