Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll package groceries and help customers transport their purchases from the Store to their vehicles. Key responsibilities include assisting in unloading merchandise from baskets, packaging groceries, and helping customers in transporting and locating merchandise. Additionally, you will gather baskets, pick up trash, maintain and stock bag areas, and perform various sanitation duties to ensure store cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications and key requirements include the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work with customers attentively, and maintain productivity and efficiency standards. Physical demands involve working in a retail environment, reaching at various heights, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 100 lbs. The work environment includes exposure to cold, hot, loud noises, ambient temperatures, and wet conditions.
