You'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice for individuals with questions about traffic tickets, violations, and payments, while also playing a key role in our accounts receivable process.What You'll Do:Be the first point of contact for questions about traffic tickets, violations, and payment optionsDeliver clear, compassionate support and de-escalate challenging situationsAccurately track inbound payments (online, cashier's checks, money orders)Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex casesMaintain detailed records and uphold high standards of data accuracyWhat We're Looking For:2+ years in customer support or direct consumer communication (not a high-volume call center)Experience with transactions, accounts receivable, and payment trackingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilitiesQuick to learn new tools and technologiesFluent in Spanish (required)Must be able to work shift from 8am - 5pmBonus Points (not required):Experience with support ticketing systemsAdvanced Excel and reporting skillsBackground in traffic enforcement, legal, or government sectorsWhy ObvioYour work will help save lives and improve road safetySeries A of $22M led by Bain CapitalFast-moving startup environment with meaningful ownershipCompetitive compensation and early-stage equityObvio is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
