Responsibilities Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Record and track progress data to facilitate effective treatment planning and outcome measurement Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, psychologists, and parents, to ensure comprehensive care Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to established protocols and procedures Requirements Must be a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification within 90 days of hire Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Human Services) 1+ year of experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable) If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with ASD, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
