Job Title: Remote Marketing Strategist (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time


Salary : $1,200 - $2,500 USD/month (Fully dependent on creative skill level, qualifications, and design output speed)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM US Eastern Time (EST), featuring a structured 1-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EST.

Job Overview:


Our client is a fast-paced marketing agency helping brands scale through eCommerce and lead generation campaigns. Their clients rely on them to build strategy, launch fast, and drive results across paid ads, email, landing pages, and creative testing.
We're looking for a Marketing Strategist based in Latin America who can own both strategy and execution, someone who can build winning campaigns and make performance decisions confidently.
Responsibilities

• Campaign Strategy & Execution
  
  • Build campaign strategies across eCommerce and lead generation funnels
  • Develop strong messaging angles, creative briefs, and test plans
  • Use ChatGPT or other tools to help draft ad copy, headlines, and content ideas
  • Provide ideas for image and video creatives that align with goals
• Paid Media Management
  
  • Launch, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
  • Report weekly results and actionable next steps to the team
  • Test ad variations (copy, creative, audience) to drive down CAC and increase ROA
• Lifecycle & Funnel Coordination
  
  • Set up or help manage email/SMS campaigns (flows + campaigns)
  • Collaborate with designers and devs (or use templates/tools) to get landing pages built and optimized
  • Ensure all parts of the funnel - ads, landing pages, emails - feel cohesive and that they convert effectively

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

• Have 3-5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing
• Are fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Know how to write copy or use ChatGPT effectively to generate copy
• Understand Meta ads deeply: creative testing, performance analysis, and audience strategies
• Are comfortable managing multiple campaigns across different clients or verticals
• Have experience with tools like GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, Postscript, Mailchimp, or landing page builders

Bonus Points:

• Experience working at a marketing agency
• Experience with landing pages and funnel optimization
• Experience coordinating designers or copywriters
