Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality control and timely dispatch.
• Receive, organize, and stock raw materials and finished goods efficiently, maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Inspect shipments for damages or discrepancies, reporting issues immediately to prevent delays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production and shipping goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and restocking.
• Perform assembly work, putting together components or products according to specifications and instructions.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance safety and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to read shipping labels and related documents accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Basic aptitude for assembly tasks and following detailed instructions.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, and move freely throughout shifts.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
