Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 05/25/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant at a skilled nursing facility in Eden, TX. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Texas PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Ability to work with geriatric populations and implement restorative programs preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with common SNF documentation and billing procedures preferred. Familiarity with mobility aids, transfer techniques, and fall prevention strategies preferred. Assignment Details Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts.
