Resumen del puesto El Tecnico de Cuidado de Pisos es responsable del mantenimiento general de pisos de superficies duras y alfombras (incluyendo decapado, encerado, pulido, lavado con champu, extraccion y desbaste). El Tecnico de Cuidado de Pisos brinda servicios de limpieza de alta calidad en las instalaciones de los clientes de Carlson bajo supervision limitada y trabaja en colaboracion con otros miembros del equipo de Mantenimiento de Edificios de Carlson. El Tecnico de Cuidado de Pisos es un representante de Carlson e interactua con los clientes, el personal de la tienda y el publico de manera respetuosa y amable. Limpieza de banos
Control de calidad
Capacitacion para nuevos empleados Requisitos: Disponibilidad para trabajar los fines de semana
Transporte confiable o acceso a transporte publico Horario (sujeto a cambios)
Domingo a sabado
6:00 a. m. - 11:00 a. m. 35 horas semanales Requisitos fisicos: Capacidad para levantar 20 kg regularmente.
Capacidad para empujar y jalar equipos de limpieza de pisos sobre pisos de concreto, baldosas y alfombras.
Debe poseer suficiente fuerza fisica, capacidad y resistencia para realizar diversas tareas de limpieza relacionadas con el cuidado de pisos.
Capacidad para trabajar con diversos productos de limpieza.
Capacidad para trabajar en turnos de noche y/o en horas de la madrugada, segun las necesidades del puesto.
Las habilidades visuales requeridas para este puesto incluyen vision de cerca, vision de lejos, vision de colores, vision periferica, percepcion de profundidad y capacidad para ajustar el enfoque. Beneficios: Tiempo libre remunerado
