Job Title: 1st Shift Spreader
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

What You'll Do
As a 1st Shift Spreader, you will be responsible for:

• Setting up and operating industrial sewing machines with precision to meet production requirements.
• Spreading fabric and assembling materials carefully according to quality specifications.
• Collaborating with team members to improve workflow and safety standards.
• Performing quality inspections on fabric spreads, identifying issues early, and resolving them to minimize rework.
• Keeping your work area clean and organized, ensuring equipment is properly maintained for safety and efficiency.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• 1-2 years of experience working with sewing machines, preferably in a manufacturing or textile environment.
• Knowledge of industrial sewing techniques, machine operation, and fabric handling.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality work.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift, maneuver, and handle materials and equipment comfortably.
• Familiarity with sewing, industrial sewing, and fabric spreading is a plus.
