Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand is currently hiring Swiss Machinists for 1st shift. Pay Range: $29 - $35 per hour + $2,000 Hiring Bonus. Plus…benefits on day 1, 401(k) with match, paid time off as well as joining a growing Company with a great team.

As a skilled Swiss Machinist, your mission is to produce small, high-precision components by owning the full setup-to-run process within our Swiss machining department. You will apply your growing technical expertise to ensure quality at the source, maintain consistency throughout production, and collaborate closely with teammates to keep workflow efficient and reliable. Key Responsibilities

• Configure, set up, and operate CNC Swiss machines to meet tight tolerances and surface-finish requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, operation drawings, and apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing principles.
• Utilize Mitsubishi controls to load, adjust, and execute machining programs.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using precision gauges and measurement instruments.
• Support production through tooling changes, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting activities.
• Document work accurately, follow established procedures, and collaborate across the team to maintain smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals.

Education and Experience

• 3–5 years setting up and operating Swiss CNC lathes (required) and/or Citizen machines.
• Demonstrated proficiency with GD&T, CNC tooling, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Mitsubishi controls; ability to read and edit programs (G-code/Mcode).
• High school diploma or GED; strong math and blueprint-reading skills.
• Effective communicator who follows written and verbal directions, team contributor.
• ITAR Registered and able to meet applicable compliance requirements.
