We are seeking a driven, versatile, high-energy Line & Event Cook individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE Position Overview This unique role bridges the gap between fast-paced restaurant line cooking and high-volume banquet execution. You will spend your days prepping and cooking for our daily golf restaurant menu, while seamlessly pivoting to prepare upscale, high-volume buffets and plated dinners for our private events, weddings, and golf outings. Key Responsibilities Line Cook Set up, stock, and execute the daily restaurant grill menu with speed, consistency, and high quality. Banquet & Event Prep Scale recipes accurately to prep, cook plate food for events ranging from 20 to 150+ guests (weddings, corporate events, golf outings) Station Management Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation in compliance with health department standards Teamwork Coordinate closely with front-of-house staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth food timing and presentation Qualifications 12+ years of experience as a line cook, prep cook, or catering/banquet cook Ability to pivot quickly between short-order cooking and bulk event prep Strong knife skills and understanding of various cooking techniques (smoking, grilling, roasting, braising) Reliable transportation to our Hamilton County location Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Perks Our kitchen operates on golf course hours and for private events, meaning earlier nights than standard restaurants.
