SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver a warm, genuine, and memorable welcome to every guest, embodying Southern hospitality with a touch of Dolly‑inspired charm, humility, and personality Uphold luxury service standards and brand voice, ensuring every interaction feels personal—not transactional Help clean and prepare guest rooms to impeccable luxury standards, ensuring every detail reflects comfort and care Deliver a consistent, high‑quality presentation of public areas, back of house spaces, and rooms including linens, amenities, and cleanliness Identify and report maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless guest experience Respect guest privacy and handle belongings with the utmost care and discretion Restock housekeeping supplies and maintain organization of housekeeping areas and guest space Respond to guest requests with warmth, urgency, and professionalism Support the Housekeeping Room Attendants with any needs to complete work daily with the highest quality possible Remove trash, soiled linens, and debris from guest floors and service areas Stock and organize housekeeping closets and carts throughout the shift Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover during high occupancy Create a welcoming, refreshed environment that feels personal and inviting Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Support deep cleaning projects and special assignments Represent the hotel’s culture of kindness, pride, and attention to detail in every room serviced Maintain high standards at all times while on property and all guest‑facing space in the hotel. Including professional posture, full uniform, welcoming demeanor, no personal devices at any time, food/beverage, and any other items as directed by senior leadership. Collaborate with all hotel team members to ensure above and beyond service in all areas. QUALIFICATIONS Previous hotel experience preferred in upscale, lifestyle or luxury hotel setting. Work background reflects a successful track record of accomplishment and growth in hospitality operations with proven experience leading multi‑departmental hotel operations. Passion for delivering elevated guest experiences and attention to detail. Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling 25–50 lbs. Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury boutique standards. Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues across departments. High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. A love for storytelling through the guest experience. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, ideally in a hotel or luxury setting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work efficiently and independently. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift required items. Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset. Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency in standards. Respectful, integrity, and professional demeanor.
