Tax Supervisor

We are seeking a Tax Supervisor to oversee complex tax return preparation and review for corporate, partnership, trust, and high-net-worth individual clients. This role includes mentoring junior staff, managing client engagements, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for a variety of entity types. Conduct tax research and provide planning recommendations to clients. Supervise and mentor 2–4 tax staff/associates, including workload assignment and performance feedback. Manage client relationships, billing, and engagement deadlines. Assist with responses to tax notices and basic audit support. Qualifications: 5+ years of public accounting tax experience. Proficiency with tax preparation software (CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or similar). Strong technical knowledge and client communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Leeds Professional Resources
