Job Type: Full‑time Support Specialist I – Responsibilities Keep accurate and current records in designated systems that are accessible to others. Update routine reports and understand the information. Perform duties that are routine and clerical in nature. Manually rate all lines of coverage, including non‑automated and infrequent coverages, as needed. Seek relevant information and answers to key questions from defined sources. Gather input and make recommendations to solve problems of moderate complexity. Apply knowledge to help solve problems of relatively limited scope and complexity. Consistently act according to our customer experience standards, including responding quickly, maintaining a positive attitude, building rapport, demonstrating empathy, managing the customer’s expectations, using the proper communication channel for the situation, and taking ownership to ensure the customer’s issue is resolved. Frequently contact other internal departments and team members. Perform special projects and other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Good communication skills. Demonstrated eye for detail. Effective oral and written communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Ability to follow established processes and procedures. Time management and ability to meet deadlines. Customer service skills. Proficient use of various core systems, office and computer equipment, and software packages. Relationship‑building skills. Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $20.76 – $28.05. Base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience, as well as other factors such as the scope and location of the role.
