IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desire to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk (Over, short & Damages Clerk) for a logistics company located in Ontario, CA.
Job Description:
The OS&D Clerk is responsible for rectifying discrepancies with freight. This role works closely with the warehouse team, customers, and vendors to process shipments efficiently. Responsibilities include filing, imaging, reporting, computer work, and phone communication.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Microsoft office, excel, outlook, and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- AS400, RVI experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Flexible with hours (able to accommodate OT, Weekend and coverage as needed)
Position will start as soon as training is completed
Schedule: 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm (Monday thru Friday)
Compensation: $22.25/hr.
