ChristianaCare seeks a Clinical Staff Pharmacist to provide safe, evidence-based medication therapy for diverse patient populations across our hospitals and clinics. In this role, you will review and verify medication orders, perform clinical pharmacokinetic dosing, participate in patient care rounds, counsel patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize outcomes. You will contribute to formulary management, medication safety initiatives, and antimicrobial stewardship.
