Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – All Shifts

Location: Ditmas Park, Brooklyn, NY
Facility: Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center
Position: Full-Time / Part-Time
Shifts Available: Day, Evening & Night
Pay: $20–$23 per hour

Position Overview

Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team.

We are hiring for all three shifts — day, evening, and night . This is an excellent opportunity for CNAs looking to join an established skilled nursing facility where quality patient care, teamwork, and professionalism are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, positioning, and transfers

• Take and record vital signs and report changes in a resident's condition to the nursing team

• Respond promptly to resident needs and call bells

• Maintain resident comfort, dignity, privacy, and safety at all times

• Follow individualized care plans and instructions from licensed nursing staff

• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment

• Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and other members of the care team

• Accurately complete required documentation

• Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Current New York State CNA certification required

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare setting preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

• Ability to safely perform the physical responsibilities of the position

Available Shifts

We are currently hiring CNAs across all shifts:

• Day Shift

• Evening Shift

• Night Shift

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available based on scheduling needs.
