Radiologic Technologist
Duties
Independently perform a variety routine to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures.
Assist radiologists with fluoroscopic and other special radiographic examinations which require the administration of contrast material.
Prepare the patient, explain the procedure, set up the imaging suite and equipment.
Schedule patients for radiology appointments using the computerized scheduling system.
Assure that sterile supplies, contrast materials, catheters, and other required equipment are present and arranged appropriately.
