Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Statesville, NC

Pay: $25.00+ per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (3rd Shift, 223 Schedule)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Statesville, NC. Candidates must have previous experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing converting and corrugating equipment to reduce downtime and keep production running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair converting and corrugating equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Perform machine adjustments, settings, and roll alignment as needed
• Troubleshoot programmable controllers and repair A/C and D/C drives
• Use maintenance software to track and complete work orders
• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks
• Follow up on completed repairs to ensure quality work
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Previous industrial manufacturing experience required
• Resume must show stable work history and job tenure
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to perform basic calculations involving measurements, percentages, volume, and rates
• Knowledge of industrial equipment operation, design, and capabilities
• Ability to understand production layouts and specifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous corrugated manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs and industrial equipment
• Experience with maintenance software systems

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and communicate throughout the shift
• Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
• Ability to work around industrial machinery and production equipment
• Requires close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception vision

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to moving mechanical equipment
• May be exposed to wet or humid conditions
• Occasional exposure to elevated areas, fumes, airborne particles, and vibration
