• Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician
• Location: Lincolnton, NC
• Schedule: 3rd shift 11pm-7am
• Pay Rate: $28/hr

• Perform pre-operation checks, lubrication, and keep preventive maintenance records up to date
• Monitor equipment performance and report issues to the Maintenance Manager while helping keep production running
• Maintain tools, inventory, and ensure work areas and plant floors stay clean and organized

• Full-time position with consistent hours and opportunity for overtime when needed
• Work directly with seasoned maintenance leadership who support skill development
• Chance to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize machinery that keeps operations moving

• High school or trade school study in machinery, industrial machinery mechanics, HVAC, etc
• 3-5 years experience as maintenance mechanic or equivalent
• Must possess own basic tools for job
• valid drivers license
• Ability lift up to 50 lbs.
