This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for expanding market share, strengthening key retail relationships, and executing a regional strategy aligned with global objectives. The Sales Manager is the heartbeat of our Americas operation. You will bridge the gap between sales strategy and operational execution. You’ll manageseasonal sales plans on retailchannel, attract new customers, nurture, build client relationships, andoversee the intricate logistics that ensure our blueberries arrive fresh and ontime. Not restricted location/state. (Within the US). Key Performance Outputs Execute seasonal sales plans andmanage the rate of sales for preferred customers. Facilitate the selling of fruitinto the correct market segments to maximize profit margins. Provide actionable market insightsand competitor analysis to the management team. New Business Development with any inmarket targeted marketing activities to support the development of the OZblubrand. Supply Chain & Logistics Excellence Coordinate end-to-end logisticsfor customers, ensuring strict adherence to "On-Time" deliveryrequirements. Manage freight costs and maintaina competitive understanding of the freight market. Collaborate with freight vendorpartners to streamline the shipping process. Manage the full lifecycle of thesales process in our ERP system. Ensure accurate costing,acknowledge purchase orders, and manage account sales/debtors. Assess and process claims with afair and detail-oriented approach. Relationship Management Act as the primary daily contactfor clients, ensuring their needs are met with tact and discretion. Support growers by providingreal-time feedback on stock, pricing, and market conditions. Collaborate with the marketingteam on brand-building activities and sample benchmarking. Requirements What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Logistics, International Trade or similar (ideal) Proven track record as a Sales Manager within Fruit industry Strong experience dealing with major retail chain Deep understanding of fruit marketing and product knowledge Strong commercial acumen with pricing and profitability management experience Exceptional relationship-building skills Target-driven mindset with resilience under pressure Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented approach Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MSOffice (especially Excel).
