System Administrator II needed!
Group: Remote Operations, Tier 2 team
Must have TS/SCI with active polygraph.
Hours: Wed-Sun, 2pm to 10pm


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
•May provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.
•Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
•Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites.
•Identify, investigate resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure.


Mandatory Skills:
• *** IAT Level 1 Certified:
• Hardware experience
• Remote Assistance experience
• Remote desktop experience.


Experience:
HS or GED and 15 yrs
OR
BS and 10 yrs
Approximate salary range: $94,000-$104,600
A variety of factors impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
