Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Order Entry & Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth and efficient sales operations by processing customer orders and supporting our internal sales teams. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks, from managing customer accounts to assisting in the preparation of sales proposals. Process machine, parts, and change orders including down payment invoicing, tax coding, and commission submissions. Maintain order entry tracking spreadsheet. Create order folders and prepare order acknowledgement documentation. CRM: work with sales to create customer numbers and manage customer accounts/opportunities. Monitor request for quote inbox and set up new projects in SAP. Backup for reception duties including supporting customer visits and no charge orders. Qualifications Basic Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of an associate degree (2‑year) in Business or equivalent experience preferred. Experience with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Additional Information The anticipated base salary for this position starts at $26.00 hourly. Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non‑discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
