Senior SRE

Responsibilities

• Support and own deployment of global products, including setting up production and internal environments.
• Provide 24/7 first‑line engineering support for product deployment, availability, and internal operations issues.
• Drive effective resolution of core product issues in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Set up and maintain infrastructure and product reliability monitoring and alerting.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD tooling and Terraform scripts.
• Maintain and enhance engineering operational documentation for supported products.
• Build and maintain product operational documentation and establish SRE practices.
• Optimize performance and cost of systems, right‑size Kubernetes containers.
• Collaborate with SRE and engineering teams across California, Paris, Nantong, Singapore, Australia and other locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or production engineering.
• Strong infrastructure‑as‑code skills with Terraform.
• Experience building continuous integration pipelines in Jenkins or CircleCI.
• Hands‑on with Kubernetes, containers, and public cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
• Deployment and monitoring of highly scalable products.
• Experience with FinOps practices and autoscaling Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficiency in Python or Go.
• Knowledge of SRE best practices and observability principles.
• Ability to lead and mentor peers on SRE practices.
• Strong debugging, diagnostic, and automation capabilities.
• Experience securing systems in a public cloud environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfortable working as part of a distributed team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
