Absolute Dental is proud to be the largest dental group in Nevada with continued growth across Northern Nevada! We are actively building a pipeline of talented and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionists for both current and upcoming opportunities in: Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Minden. If you enjoy helping patients, staying organized, and being the welcoming face that keeps an office running smoothly, we'd love to connect with you!
This posting represents both active and future Front Desk openings throughout Northern Nevada. When a location-specific opportunity becomes available, qualified candidates will be contacted directly by our Talent Team.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you help create a positive and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door. This role is essential to patient satisfaction, office flow, and daily operations.
Greet and check in patients professionally and warmly Answer phones and schedule appointments Manage patient paperwork and office systems Assist with insurance verification and basic billing questions Keep the front office organized, efficient, and patient-focused Support smooth day-to-day office operations
Dental or medical front office experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented mindset Bilingual Spanish is a plus Some roles may require occasional travel between nearby Northern Nevada offices.
