Key Responsibilities

• Manage municipal-related litigation from pre-suit through resolution, as well as general civil litigation overflow.
  
  
• Draft ordinances, public agreements, and formal legal opinions.
  
  
• Advise client boards, commissions, and officials on compliance and public law matters.
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: Demonstrated experience in municipal law, government relations, or public sector representation.
  
  
• Litigation Background: Solid civil litigation skills to handle overflow and agency disputes comfortably.
  
  
• Practice Focus: A clear commitment to growing and sustaining a long-term practice within the public law sphere.
