This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!Schedule: Part Time- Weekends (8am-2pm or 2pm-8pm)Salary: $Benefits:401k with Employer MatchingDental InsuranceHealth InsuranceVision InsuranceLife InsurancePaid Time OffDaily PayHere are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:Provide ongoing telephone coverage with a high level of customer service.Anticipates needs of the residents.Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of deliveryPrepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staffAssist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.Other assignments as needed.Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:High school diploma required.
