Contract Recruiter

Location: Calabasas, CA (Hybrid-3 days on site) Hourly rate: $35/hr ~3 month assignment Key Responsibilities Source & Attract Talent – Under the supervision of the team leader, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, leveraging tools and best practices to find the right candidates. Keep the Hiring Process Moving – Coordinate recruiting activities to optimize time-to-hire and cost-to-hire while maintaining quality. Enhance the candidate Experience-Implement strategies to ensure a smooth and positive journey for all candidates Track your KPIs and provide insights to improve outcomes Be the Go to Person-Be the first point of contact for hiring managers, candidates and team members Handle Important Details throughout the process Qualifications 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience – or similar. Preferably with success in recruiting for Sales functions. Bachelor’s degree not required but prefer a major in HR, Business, or a related field. Highly organized & adaptable – Able to manage multiple roles and timelines effectively. Strong communication & relationship-building skills – Comfortable working with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders. Self-motivated & proactive – Takes initiative and follows through on processes. Detail-oriented & analytical – Skilled at tracking metrics and optimizing for success.
