Registered Nurse – Urgent Care

Shift: Urgent care hours 8am-8pm. Shifts vary across days and hours.

Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36

Current full, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Alaska Basic Life Support (BLS) certification 2 years of urgent care experience

Provide clinical services, ensuring excellent quality of care and compliance with facility standards. Lead and direct clinic staff to maintain efficient operations. Maintain medication inventory and conduct quality control checks for Point of Care tests. Document all care and services provided professionally and in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with other departments to facilitate quality patient care. Assist providers and anticipate their needs for efficient patient management.

Proof of flu vaccine required. Background checks and fingerprinting required for processing. Housing and transportation are the responsibility of the agency.
