We're seeking the right candidate for the position of Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at McComb Community Care Center . In this vital role, you'll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.

Essential Qualifications:

• Work with teams to address business objectives, marketing strategies, and staff development.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to meet quality benchmarks, resident, family and employee satisfaction benchmarks, and financial goals.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must have at least 3 years of Long-Term Care experience in Skilled Nursing facility.
• Must be a Licensed Administrator in the State of Mississippi.
• Must be experienced in Mississippi State and Federal Long Term Care Regulations.
• Knowledge in Medicare, Medicaid, MDS and Care Plans, AR, and HR.
• Computer literate and have working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills- orally and written.
• Must be able to plan, train, organize, and effectively present to group meetings.
• Must have ability to evaluate, analyze data, and processes to determine effectiveness and cost benefit of efforts.

Other Qualifications

• Eligible to participate in Medicare and Medicaid programs.
