For the latest news, visit news.samsung.com/us Role and Responsibilities This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, managing all activities related to the Accounts Receivable Function such as: Cash Application, Posting Journal Entries, Clearing A/R balances for Month-End, A/R Confirmations, and ad-hoc projects. Role Responsibility Manage and assist with all areas of the cash application process (high volume level of transactions) and follow up on wire-transfers to ensure payments are promptly posted to the customer account. Posting A/R Adjusting Journal Entries Clearing for Month End Process Balance cash daily and facilitate the month end closing process providing data and monthly reports. Manage the A/R Confirmations process and assist with the various Internal/External Audits. Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned by management. Invoicing to customers via email, fax or regular mail.
