Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive OT evaluations to determine residents’ functional status and goals.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans to improve daily living activities, mobility, and safety.
- Deliver direct therapy sessions and document progress notes in accordance with facility policy.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (nursing, therapy staff, physicians) to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
- Monitor resident progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and participate in discharge planning and home-program instruction.
- Ensure ethical, compliant practice; maintain equipment and therapy spaces; adhere to regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- OT license to practice in Montana or eligibility for licensure.
- Degree from an accredited OT program (e.g., OT or MOT/OTD).
- Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
- Ability to work in a daytime shift and participate in a travel assignment.
