The Bilingual English/Spanish Outbound Customer Service Representative plays a key role in managing outbound and inbound customer communications, primarily serving a diverse customer base. This role focuses on providing exceptional support, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and feedback collection. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and skilled in handling up to 50 calls daily.

 

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for support and follow-up
• Handle inbound calls to address customer inquiries and issues
• Provide timely and accurate customer support in both English and Spanish
• Perform data entry to maintain up-to-date customer records
• Document customer interactions and feedback thoroughly
• Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve service quality

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in data entry and record-keeping
• Excellent time management and multitasking capabilities
