Receiving Coordinator

Receiving CoordinatorWarehouse Receiving Coordinator manages inbound shipments, verifies documentation, maintains inventory accuracy, and resolves discrepancies. SAP experience is preferred.Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against purchase orders.Process goods receipts and update inventory in SAP.Maintain receiving documentation and prepare reports.Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect items and coordinate returns.Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory control.Process RMAs and vendor returns.Follow safety, compliance, and warehouse procedures.Support process improvements and collaborate with internal teams.Experience/Education – Required:2–3 years of warehouse, receiving, logistics, or related experience.High school diploma or equivalent.SAP or ERP experience preferred.Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills.Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.Experience/Education – Desired:Experience with SAP WM or MM.Knowledge of warehouse safety and inventory control.Familiarity with barcode scanners and automated inventory systems.Supply chain, logistics, or SAP training or certifications.Work Hours and Experience: Schedule based on warehouse operational needs. Must support receiving activities and collaborate with internal teams. Travel Requirements 10%.This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $49,125.00 - $67,547.00 assuming full time status.
