Occupational Therapist
Job Summary
RegalCare at Lowell is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Lowell, MA. As an Occupational Therapist at RegalCare at Lowell, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients and residents. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' and residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence, safety, and quality of life
Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient and resident progress
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current certification as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
Licensed to practice in the state of Massachusetts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
