Provide leadership and support to clinical support staff by coaching on workflows, helping prioritize tasks, and promoting consistent service standards. Coordinate training and orientation for new clinical support team members on clinic procedures, safety practices, and documentation standards. Monitor and help maintain clinic supplies and equipment; initiate supply requests and support inventory organization to avoid interruptions in care. Support quality and safety initiatives (infection control practices, incident reporting, and process improvement as assigned). Respond to patient questions and concerns professionally and promptly; route clinical concerns to the appropriate licensed staff/provider.
