We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all site management activities and transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day business.
• Attract and educate new tenants.
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.
• Supervise maintenance personnel.
• Enforce property community policy.
• Compliance for tenant files in accordance with State and Federal regulations.
• Operate in the property's best business interest.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with tenants.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and be detailed oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The formation was accomplished in accordance with Section 501c (3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. CHM also does business under the name of Community Housing Management and as such, functions as the non-profit management agent for various properties in Missouri, Iowa, Oklahoma, and Kansas. CHM is an approved management agent with Missouri Housing Development Commission (MHDC), Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Iowa Finance Authority (IFA), Kansas Housing Resource Corporation (KHRC), and Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA).
