Care Initiatives is now hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team at Pinnacle Specialty Care, a 100 bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), located in Cedar Falls, Iowa!

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned skilled nursing facility to ensure quality of care and operational excellence.
• Lead and support teams by fostering collaborations, compassion, continuous improvement, and staff development.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to maintain high-quality resident care and positive outcomes.
• Promote a strong culture of service, accountability, and resident-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Iowa Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in good standing required, or ability to activate NHA licensure in Iowa.
• Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing is highly desired. Aligning with our Always Learn value, we also support growth and development of newly licensed Administrators when applicable.
• Ability to build relationships and lead a team through change with professionalism and empathy.
