Position Description: The Florida Institute of Oceanography (FIO) is seeking a qualified, motivated professional to join our team as a Science Education Specialist. The Science Education Specialist is responsible for supporting, developing, and delivering education and workforce development programs at FIO. The incumbent will perform a wide range of duties including hands-on program assistance, development and execution, preparing associated education and workforce program correspondence and documents, and program logistic coordination. The incumbent will report directly to the FIO Associate Director of Education & Workforce Development on the USF St. Petersburg campus.
