Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Clarity Pulse Care Counseling, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans, aligned with evidence-based best practices.

• Provide various therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s goals and experiences.

• Document and maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring timely updates and legal adherence.
\n
• Engage in collaborative care by working with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and educators.

• Facilitate regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine treatment approaches and enhance service delivery.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them through knowledge.

• Stay informed of contemporary research and advancements in mental health practices to integrate the latest insights into your therapeutic work.

• Manage a full caseload, ensuring that treatment objectives are met timely and adhere to ethical practices as guided by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing mental health support specifically to students, addressing a range of issues from anxiety and depression to behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as an LCSW in New York State.
