Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida State Physical Therapy License is required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings. Client expects primarily outpatient practice with a mix of assisted living (ALF), independent living (ILF), and skilled nursing facility (SNF) care.
• Experience or comfort working in SNF settings. Client requires approximately 75% SNF productivity expectations.
• Ability to manage 45 minute to 1 hour outpatient sessions when providing OP care.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems preferred. Client uses Innova Health EMR.
• Open to new graduates. Client will consider clinicians with limited experience.
• Willingness to work with support staff. Client provides ample support personnel.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), with services across OP, ALF, ILF, and SNF.
• Shift: Days.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Productivity expectation: Approximately 75% SNF load; outpatient sessions typically 45 minutes to 1 hour.
• EMR: Innova Health.
• Floating: May be required to provide care across campus levels of care within the CCRC.
