Application Analyst
Experience supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise or third-party applications Experience participating in application migrations to AWS or other cloud environments Strong communication skills with the ability to gather requirements, partner with vendors, and work directly with end users Healthcare or EHR experience (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Dragon Medical One, etc.) Experience supporting dictation, speech recognition, or provider-facing applications Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Application Support background that progressed into an analyst role Experience coordinating projects, participating in project calls, and managing vendor relationships Relevant application or cloud certifications
A client of Insight Global's is seeking an application analyst to be responsible for the development, support and ongoing maintenance of applications to which they are assigned along with supporting integrated areas. The analyst assists in optimizing workflow processes through building applications that are standardized to meet the health system needs. The analyst will be required to maintain application certification for the application(s) they support. The position will require strong communication and analytical skills to interpret appropriate clinical and non-clinical requests.
