About the Role
The Company is in need of a remote Head of CRM to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and managing CRM strategy across all markets, leading retention and engagement campaigns for sportsbook and casino products, and overseeing segmentation and targeted CRM communications. This role requires a focus on player lifecycle management, segmentation, and campaign optimization across multiple markets. The Head of CRM will also be expected to monitor CRM KPIs, collaborate with various teams, manage CRM tools and communication channels, and report campaign performance and insights to senior management. Applicants for the Head of CRM position at the company should have a background in managing CRM strategies within the online gaming industry, with a strong understanding of player lifecycle management and retention mechanics. The role demands the ability to analyze player data, coordinate CRM campaigns across multiple markets, and experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
