Staff Accountant

Staff And Junior AccountantsWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Staff and Junior Accountants to join our growing finance team. This role is responsible for supporting key accounting functions including journal entries, reconciliations, and the month-end close process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP), an analytical mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Success in this role will come from strong attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.Responsibilities:Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliationsAssist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processesReconcile bank statements and general ledger accountsManage and maintain accounts payable and receivable recordsSupport internal and external audit processesEnsure compliance with accounting policies and proceduresAssist with financial reporting and ad hoc analysesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field1–3 years of accounting experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)Solid understanding of GAAPStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesCPA or CPA track is a plus
