The primary responsibility of this position will be to provide operational support to the Investment team through client transactions, technology expertise and data administration. A successful candidate will be a proven self-starter who brings strong accountability, knowledge and detail-orientation to the organization.The primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Work closely with the Investment team and internal teams to provide superior service and support to our clientsDaily review of completed transactions report and cross reference of all expected transactions (capital activity, client cash requests, etc.) to verify completion and detect anomaliesDaily triage of the "statement inboxes" to identify actionable communications from fund managers and task appropriate team membersDaily review of cash availability for upcoming money movement transactionsMaintain portal access for investments, facilitate delivery of related documents to interested parties as needed, and support the team's workflows maintaining capital activity and valuations across required platformsProvide coverage for other team members as neededContribute to ad hoc client-related and team projects as neededDesired Qualifications1-2 years of relevant experience preferredA bachelor's degree with a record of academic achievementMastery of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelComputer savvy and the ability to easily embrace and master new technology solutionsIntellectual curiosity, critical thinking skills, and an analytical approach to solving problemsExtraordinary attention to detailAbility to take direction and work independently to complete tasksFlexibility to take on new responsibilities in a rapidly growing businessKeen judgement and the ability to handle confidential information with discretionAbility to work in Washington office locationDemonstrates curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and thoughtfully leverage new technologies and tools, including AI-enabled productivity solutionsDC Salary: $66-80k. Commensurate with experience and location.
