About the Role:
Join KC Flow Heroes LLC as a Demolition Laborer, where you'll play a crucial role in transforming spaces through safe and efficient demolition practices. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch services in the Kansas City Metro while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Perform demolition tasks safely and efficiently on various job sites.
Operate hand tools and power tools to dismantle structures.
Assist in the removal of debris and hazardous materials.
Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Prepare job sites by setting up and taking down equipment.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Report any safety issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
Requirements:
Previous experience in demolition or construction is preferred but not required
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding environments.
Familiarity with safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
