Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that identify clients' needs, craft accurate clinical diagnoses, and establish personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and groups using modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches suitable for client goals.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to assist clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in alignment with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to promote a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid mental health license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

• Educational background should include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a similar clinical setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
