Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and groups through telehealth platforms, addressing various mental health concerns.

• Utilize an array of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to suit individual client needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to offer holistic care, sharing insights and recommendations for enhanced client support.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal guidelines while utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying informed about advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our goal is to support clients from different backgrounds and ensure that they receive the individualized attention and care they require in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health counseling, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal requirements pertaining to counseling practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and virtual communication platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, determined by your individual caseload and experience level.
