Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs, and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client.

• Work collaboratively with clients to identify and set achievable therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support, motivation, and accountability throughout the treatment journey.

• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies, depending on the client’s objectives and challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, ensuring the accurate recording of client progress and treatment milestones, which are essential for effective case management and continuity of care.

Your role will involve working with a diverse client base that spans various age groups and backgrounds, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential for this position.
